“Hi, I’m Renee Shepherd.”
In April of 2017, I was introduced to essential oils to address my debilitating stomach issues. Not only did the oil blend improve my quality of life, it was the beginning of a wellness journey for me. Since that time, I have continued to use that particular oil blend and I have learned that essential oils are a great alternative to so many toxins and chemicals that our bodies are exposed to on a regular basis.
I have created this website to serve as a conversational platform to share the benefits of essential oils and to living above the wellness line. I am really passionate about this topic because so many of us have or are on the road to having “underlying conditions” that we can avoid. The key to wellness is to strengthen your immune system. Unfortunately, so many things stand in the way of that.
I have shared this information and lifestyle with hundreds of people and I want you to know too. It is my hope and prayer that this community will serve to enlighten and encourage you to own your wellness because you are worth it!
Blessings,
Renee
